Job Description- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear.
- Attend to breakdowns and assist with general repairs.
- Perform regular inspections and assessments of farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure they meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-start checks on farm equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is highly advantageous.
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and data analysis for farm management purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
