As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in sustaining the health, comfort, and well-being of our Australian Defence Force members. This part-time role involves working at RMC Duntroon (Canberra) in a dynamic team environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and contribute to front-of-house operations in dining rooms, functions, kitchen areas, and bars across five on-site locations.

The Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Defence personnel, ensuring their satisfaction and adhering to company policies and food safety practices.
  • Maintain food service and preparation areas, and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
  • Contribute to a friendly, supportive team environment, promoting growth and development within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your hospitality expertise through comprehensive training and support from an encouraging team.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food service and preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.


Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience.
  • RSA qualified.
  • Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are advantageous.
