Regional Manager

Ventia is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead the delivery of operational activities in a geographical region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring performance objectives are achieved, collaborating with the Client to develop and maintain a healthy, trusted relationship, and utilising the combined knowledge and skills of joint management partners for cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational activities of the geographical region to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with the Client to develop and maintain a healthy, trusted relationship with a focus on adding value to the Client's business.
- Utilise the combined knowledge and skills of joint management partners for cross-functional collaboration.
- Build relationships with TSAs for Sovereign capability.
- Provide strong leadership through example by achieving the business' KPIs as per the Contract.
- Develop a strong team with a focus on a collaborative, customer-centric, safety culture.
- Recommend maintenance improvements in productivity and/or cost to be implemented and monitored.
- Actively lead the implementation of change initiatives.
- Oversee financial and commercial performance of the contract, including cash flow, capital expenditure/disposals, costing, and expense control, and risk administration of contracts.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
- Ensure operational adherence to Defence policy and procedures.
- Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration, and Challenge.
- Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
