Job Summary

We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead the development of our sourcing and procurement function. As a trusted advisor, you will build and implement best-practice frameworks, foster strategic supplier relationships, and drive commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive technology sourcing and procurement strategy
  • Support and guide sourcing initiatives across software, hardware, cloud, telco, and services
  • Implement scalable procurement processes, tools, and governance structures
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from needs assessment to performance management
  • Optimise cost structures and contract terms through thoughtful negotiation and analysis
  • Proactively manage supplier risk, compliance, and total cost of ownership
  • Provide expert advice to technology and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sourcing/procurement roles, including 3+ years in technology category guidance
  • Proven success in building procurement capabilities from scratch
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience managing complex vendor relationships and contractual arrangements
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, including C-level leaders
  • A growth mindset, high integrity, and a data-informed approach
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Law, or related fields (desired)
  • CIPS or similar procurement certifications (desired)
