Strategic Contract Manager

As a seasoned contract management professional, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of supplier contracts. This high-impact role requires expertise in shaping supplier partnerships to drive real commercial results and ensure every agreement delivers value, mitigates risk, and aligns with strategic goals.
- Lead contract development, negotiation, and management in line with procurement strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Draft and execute contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
- Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels with stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time to minimize disruptions.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments to protect the organization's interests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments.
- Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful contract outcomes.
