Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflow, and staff supervision, ensuring timely completion of tasks and optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline logistics and distribution processes, maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including WHS and HACCP policies, to ensure a safe working environment and minimize risk.
  • Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and best practices, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee stock management, space optimization, and operational planning, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal waste.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in team leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent understanding of WHS regulations and HACCP compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in the workplace.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
