Legal Advisor Role

Build a career in shaping Australia's future.

This role requires a highly skilled legal advisor to provide proactive support across various areas, including consumer protection, marketing compliance, and contractual terms of supply with retail service providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing marketing materials to ensure compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Spam Act.
  • Advising on compliance with regulatory obligations and industry standards.
  • Supporting the management of trademark portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house (including experience gained on secondment) and a background in Telco, Technology, or consulting for regulated entities.
