Night Shift Coal Plant Operator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Operator to join our West Cliff Coal Preparation Plant team. This is a 12-hour night shift role, including weekends, where you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality coal products to local and export customers.
Your key responsibilities will include inspecting plant equipment, monitoring coal preparation processes, diagnosing and resolving performance issues, performing routine mechanical maintenance, and conducting sampling and manual process adjustments.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in mechanical trade or engineering, with experience working in a process or heavy industrial/manufacturing environment. You will be highly skilled in safety procedures and able to identify potential hazards. Additionally, you should have excellent computer skills and proficiency in SAP for ordering and maintenance activities.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitter) or boiler maker. A forklift licence and experience with dogging & rigging would be highly desirable. We also encourage candidates with prior SAP experience to apply.
