Community Mental Health Practitioner

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic community mental health setting. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of a supportive and progressive multidisciplinary team, working with clients aged 18 years and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as part of the team to increase service capacity and address acute needs of consumers.
- Provide specialist mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team, including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning.
- Care is provided utilising the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery, in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and the NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.
