Job Title: Boutique Manager

About the Role

As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading a highly motivated team to success. Your primary objective will be to foster a culture where the customer experience is at the core of everything you do, creating memorable moments for your customers in one of the most important purchases of their lives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the overall profitability of the boutique, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your team's development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
  • Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
  • Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome.


Your Skills and Qualifications


  • A passion for the bridal industry or high-end fashion.
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • Experience in leading a team to achieve sales & KPI targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to make business-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong understanding of people management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong comprehension of stock control procedures.
