\The Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the company's online presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales across multiple platforms.
\This full-time hybrid position involves day-to-day tasks associated with ecommerce marketplaces, including customer service, communication, sales, invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
\Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple stores/accounts across ecommerce marketplace platforms Amazon, eBay, MyDeal, and Catch to develop and execute category strategies that drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.\
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.\
- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability, prevent overstock or stockouts, and implement effective inventory control measures to enhance operational efficiency.\
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns, develop and execute marketing strategies to increase category visibility, and drive sales.\
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track category performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.\
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities with suppliers and vendors to maximize profitability.\
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, identifying opportunities to improve collaboration and reduce costs.\
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of individual listings, product data, specifications, pricing, and discounts.\
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase category visibility and drive sales.\
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.\
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.\
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.\
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.\
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback.\
- Support the development and implementation of business processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and consistency.\
- Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry developments and best practices.\
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.\
