As a Reliability Engineer at Bis, you'll drive operational efficiency and reduce downtime by enhancing asset performance and implementing data-driven maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Performance Improvement: Conduct root cause failure analysis, implement corrective actions, and manage asset performance through trend analysis and data management.
  • Reliability Strategies: Design and implement reliability strategies to reduce downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to maintain compliance with asset hire rules.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry developments and recommend improvements to maintenance practices.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in maintenance or reliability within a related industry
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships and compliance

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience
