The ideal candidate will be a customer service superstar with high energy, drive, and attention to detail, who thrives in a fast-paced diverse environment and builds strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and run programs for residents to enhance their social, cultural, and academic growth.
- Contribute to Community Orientation Programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents each semester.
- Maintain knowledge of available services within the community, universities, colleges, and local community, and provide guidance on how to access them.
- Be a source of advice and assistance to residents, supporting their university experience.
- Foster connections with residents and encourage feedback to drive continuous improvement.
A resident student with excellent communication skills, a genuine team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
They will also be committed to working collaboratively with our team to create a harmonious and empowered community that values diversity and inclusivity.
