Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Onboard new members and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement fitness programs to drive membership growth and retention
- Train and develop the coaching team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results
- Support and assist personal trainers within our Club
- Recruit and lead a dedicated team of personal trainers and coaches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 1:1 Personal Training, Group Personal Training, and membership sales
- Certificate IV in Fitness and registration with Fitness Australia
- Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
