">We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can provide exercise interventions and education to individuals at risk of developing chronic conditions or injuries.
">The successful candidate will assess and deliver customized exercise programs to clients with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries, providing health education and advice to enhance their overall wellbeing.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provision of exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.">
- Provision of clinical exercise prescription for those with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.">
- Health education, advice, and support to enhance health and wellbeing.">
- Development and promotion of Exercise Physiology within the Centre and wider community.">
- Facilitate group-oriented rehabilitation classes.">
- Liaise with other medical professionals involved in patients' rehabilitation.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have or be eligible as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia.
