We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team at Keilor East Leisure Centre.
The Role- Provide exercise interventions and education for individuals at risk of developing chronic conditions or injuries.
- Develop and deliver customized exercise programs for clients with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.
- Offer health education, advice, and support to enhance overall wellbeing.
- Promote Exercise Physiology within the centre and wider community.
- Facilitate group-oriented rehabilitation classes.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals involved in patients' rehabilitation.
- Provision of exercise prescription for those with chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.
- Health education and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
- Development of personalized exercise programs.
- Facilitation of group-based rehabilitation activities.
- Liaison with healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- An accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia.
