Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing our global tax obligations across Australia, the UK, and the European Union. You will be the key point of contact from Finance on international expansion projects and will facilitate the maintenance and adherence of the group transfer pricing policies.
You will own the creation and maintenance of all tax-related policies and processes, ensuring compliance and continual improvement. You'll be the subject matter expert on all tax matters as they arise and be the key contact internally and with our external advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global tax obligations across Australia, the UK, and the European Union
- Be the key point of contact from Finance on international expansion projects
- Facilitate the maintenance and adherence of the group transfer pricing policies
- Own the creation and maintenance of all tax-related policies and processes
- Be the subject matter expert on all tax matters as they arise
- 3-5 years of experience working in tax (either in-house or at a chartered firm)
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience managing tax compliance in multi-company and cross-jurisdictional corporate groups
- Experience with transfer pricing and tax law interpretations
- Experience managing treasury operations for a multi-company group
