About The Role

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to children and families in our community.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
  • Demonstrate effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
Requirements
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
