Key Position Summary
This is a Full-Time position in the OpenDoor team, Sydney, supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, excellence and best in class service for Amazon across its diverse businesses.
Main Responsibilities
- Collate and analyze data to provide accurate and meaningful media reporting
- Communicate key insights to drive performance improvement in media buying
- Develop knowledge of media buying platforms to recommend reporting and implementation improvements
- Contribute to strategy and development of data visualization layer of business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau/PowerBi) for insight generation
- Assist in developing automated QA processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Explain technical terms to non-technical people to help them understand why change might be required to achieve a specific goal or to complete a project
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Work experience or interest in data management, data visualization and data analytics preferably in a marketing and/or media agency
- Strong speaking and written professional communication skills
- Interest in trend analytics and insights
- Bonus points for experience with SQL and data visualisation, as well as exposure to media buying platforms e.g. Google Ads, Meta
