Your opportunity:Responsibilities:
  • Embed the Group-wide Marketing and Consumer Growth Strategy.
  • Build and lead the centralised marketing analytics and effectiveness function; guide, support and lead a team of marketing analytics expert.
  • Deliver and advise optimised Marketing investment recommendations across areas including budget-mix, investment mix, brand portfolio optimisation, and strategic decision making.
  • Evaluate brand and category performance from disparate sources including internal KPI measurement frameworks, external partner data, and other systems and source of information.
  • Own and lead the development and optimisation of a consolidated set of next-generation econometric effectiveness models (Market-Mix Models) delivering measurable portfolio growth.
  • Advisory on Marketing investment, strategic planning, analytics, and portfolio optimisation.

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing analytics role, demonstrating successful development and execution of marketing growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of full marketing mix and channels, both traditional and digital.
  • A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to make the complex simple, and a constant striving for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
