Store Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Leader to manage our retail store in Booragoon, WA. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 team members, driving the company's values, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

You will also be responsible for liaising with stock allocators, preparing and monitoring sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to think customer-first and deliver exceptional results
  • Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role

A Day in the Life:

As a Store Leader, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
  • Driving the company's values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with company visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
