Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our retail operations across multiple stores in Brisbane. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and operational skills.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of full spectrum of retail operations, driving performance, team development, and operational excellence.
  • Leadership of store teams, focusing on operations, team leadership, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure BOH operations, safety procedures, and shrinkage management are executed consistently.
  • Analyse and report on store performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Implement and monitor stock integrity and loss prevention strategies.
  • Execute and maintain VM standards across all stores, aligning with brand vision and campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor and inspire Store Managers and teams across our two locations.
  2. Manage employee relations including performance, coaching, and succession planning.
  3. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership or retail operations management.
  • Strong understanding of stock operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising principles.
  • A hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
