Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our healthcare team in a dynamic and patient-focused environment. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients, collaborating with registered nurses and other care team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate nursing care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with clinical planning and care of patients in collaboration with the care team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a LPN nursing program from an accredited school.
- Authorized by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing to perform intravenous therapy procedures and administer medicines.
- One year recent experience in the area of practice required for per diem LPNs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
