Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Banking Lawyer to join our team of legal experts.

Flexible Services provides access to high-quality legal work with top-tier clients. Our growing hub of legal professionals have a variety of skills, specialisms and experience but they all enjoy quality legal projects best suited to their skillset and unparalleled support during their assignments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • A strong academic background
  • Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
  • Flexibility, communication and adaptability
  • Enthusiasm for embracing new work cultures
  • The ability to develop close, trusting relationships
As a Banking Lawyer, you will also need to possess:
  • A minimum of 8 years PQE in a law firm or in-house
  • The ability to provide legal advice on derivatives and custody arrangements
  • Experience managing and negotiating traded markets documentation and/or in the equities and/or fixed Income space
  • Knowledge of the banking industry
