Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall profitability, efficiency, and operations of the Perth Parts Department.
  • Oversee stock levels, control goods in and out, and ensure showroom presentation meets company standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive department growth and improve stock availability.
  • Lead a team of parts assistants and garden machinery salespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and deliver on objectives that drive department growth.
  • Technical knowledge of the Agricultural industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in inventory management software and systems.
