Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Complete all paperwork for the department
  • Use communication equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and computers
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our resorts and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly explain the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the business

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positivity
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Experience with a property management system (PMS) is advantageous
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays
  • Knowledge of driving
