This role plays a vital part in the operation of our Sales Site by providing support to the sales staff in daily sales duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the face and heart of our business through interactions
  • Providing support with reception obligations, premium recording and management, and contract generation
  • Maintaining premium inventory levels and reviewing weekly inventory reports
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Focusing on tasks while balancing administration duties

**What We're Looking For**

A high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems is essential. The ideal candidate must be available to work during operational hours and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.
