Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Periodic Cleaning team at Brisbane Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the safe and efficient completion of periodic works, including high dusting, facade cleaning, pressure washing, and floor deep cleaning.

Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing work orders, managing safety and compliance requirements, and coordinating with key personnel from BAC.

Requirements:
  • Experience in periodic cleaning activities
  • Ability to understand complex contracts and deliver on key performance areas
  • Leadership, communication, and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation and customer service
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness, with proven ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters
