About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our expanding Property & Commercial department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice, managing transactions, and supporting the overflow of property matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Comprehensive Legal Advice
    • Provide expert legal advice in all areas of commercial law, including leasing, business sales and purchases, franchising, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage Property Matters
    • Manage property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan transactions, and family transfers.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to promote the department.
  • Ensure Meticulous File Management
    • Ensure meticulous file management and attention to detail.
  • Operate Independently
    • Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Requirements
  • Admission as a Lawyer
    • Admission as a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Law.
  • Strong Client-Centric Approach
    • Strong client-centric approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Superior Drafting Abilities
    • Superior drafting abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven Capability
    • Proven capability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility
    • Flexibility to work across various office locations and build professional networks.
  • Familiarity with LEAP Software
    • Familiarity with LEAP software is advantageous but not essential.
