Project Kuiper Counsel Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled counsel to support the Project Kuiper business in its commercial endeavors. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert advice on various agreements, contracts, and legal matters related to customer and partner deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial business development and sales efforts in APAC
  • Provide legal guidance on structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements
  • Counsel the business team on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts
  • Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • License to practice law in Australia
  • Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
