The role requires the ability to collaborate with staff, develop opportunities for young people to access services, and maintain relationships with internal and external providers.

As a Youth Engagement Peer Worker, you will hold a significant role within the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that meets the needs of young people.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Identify and develop opportunities for young people to access groups and services within the youth team and community.">
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external providers to enhance the experience of young people.">
  • Use your personal and peer experience of mental health challenges as a young person or in youth mental health service use.">
  • Ensure cohealth standards of client health records are upheld and all interactions with young people are recorded.">
