">As a Youth Engagement Peer Worker, you will hold a significant role within the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that meets the needs of young people.
">- Key Responsibilities:">
- Identify and develop opportunities for young people to access groups and services within the youth team and community.">
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external providers to enhance the experience of young people.">
- Use your personal and peer experience of mental health challenges as a young person or in youth mental health service use.">
- Ensure cohealth standards of client health records are upheld and all interactions with young people are recorded.">
- Career Advancement Opportunities:">
- Tertiary qualification and/or commensurate work experience in fields related to mental health, youth, and peer work.">
- Demonstrated experience in group codesign, development, facilitation, and evaluation.">
- Strong belief and personal alignment with our values and mission.">
