Job Title: Emergency Medicine Consultant

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a skilled, dedicated and ambitious professional to take on the role of Emergency Medicine Consultant.

The Role:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams comprising Senior Medical Practitioners, Junior Medical Officers, nursing staff, administrative staff and support staff.
  • Collaborate with organisations such as the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the Rural Clinical School of Western Australia and the health sector to manage complex cases and deliver exceptional emergency care to the community.

About Us:

Kalgoorlie Health Campus is a 106-bed general inpatient facility and the second largest regional public hospital in Western Australia. It provides healthcare services to over 50,000 residents of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and outlying towns, rural and remote communities in the Goldfields region.

Requirements:

  • Be registered as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Hold Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or equivalent qualification as an overseas trained specialist.
