Job Title:

A Brand Ambassador Role

Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in helping us share the stories of our walks, drive digital campaigns and inspire more people to connect with wild landscapes through our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing manager in implementing the company's marketing strategy, including reporting on campaign performance
  • Develop search engine optimised content and make technical updates to the website
  • Update itineraries and other marketing collateral as required
  • Coordinate paid social media advertising, including set-up, monitoring and ongoing management to optimise advertisement performance
  • Perform ongoing reviews of social media advertisement trends and ensure compliance with relevant advertising rules and regulations
  • Produce creative and on-brand copywriting for campaign messaging, email marketing, blog posts, itinerary development and other marketing collateral
  • Respond to traveller reviews on digital platforms, as well as engage in social listening on social media sites
Requirements:
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tourism industry
  • Working knowledge of social media advertisement trends
  • Strong writing skills and ability to tell a compelling story
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using a content management system or willingness to learn
  • Genuine interest in eco-tourism and nature
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business
