Project Manager Energy Solutions

The role of Project Manager for Energy Solutions is pivotal in driving the delivery of our projects. As a key member of the services organization, you will be responsible for owning the project's delivery model and providing technical leadership.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers during pre-sales and project delivery phases.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the management and operations of customer organizations to support business objectives.
  • Define, implement, and maintain best practices and delivery standards for the project engineering team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in software development, including Python programming, and familiarity with energy industry trends, distributed energy resource management, distribution planning, and software like OpenDSS, CYME, and Powerfactory.

This full-time remote position requires strong technical leadership skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to ensure end-to-end software delivery meets schedule, cost, and quality commitments.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical direction for large-scale solutions.
  • Defining and prioritizing project requirements, and proposing technical solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and leading technical workshops.
