We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support our financial/accounting and general coordination activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records and reports.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accounting: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Update and verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
  • Reconciliation of the general ledger, bringing the books to the trial balance stage.
  • Perform partial checks of the posting process.
  • Recording data, maintaining records, and creating reports and financial statements.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable on time.
General Coordination:
  • Coordinate operational activities amongst internal and external departments.
  • Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints, relays relevant comments from customers to supervisors.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ideally studying for Professional Qualification (CPA/CA).
  • Proficiency in Payroll functions and Award Interpretation.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
