Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Future You is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bella Vista. As a standalone position, this role will be responsible for end-to-end processing of approximately 300 people monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for approximately 300 people monthly
  • Implement a new payroll system
  • Manage all statutory deductions, including tax, super, and third-party payments
  • Prepare and submit all necessary reports for payroll
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in end-to-end processing
  • Ability to work in the office at least 3 times a week
What We Offer:

Approximately $100k + Super, with the potential for a slight increase for the right candidate. Our office is located in Bella Vista, with on-site parking and easy access by public transport.
