Island Experience Specialist

A luxury eco-resort seeks a charismatic Tour Guide who loves storytelling, nature, and meaningful guest interactions.
The ideal candidate will shape how guests experience the island's beauty, wildlife, and history while helping design new experiences as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading guided island buggy tours, off-island excursions, stargazing sessions, fire-pit storytelling, and kayak-fishing adventures.
- Bringing the island to life with engaging stories about ecology, wildlife, heritage, and sustainability.
- Maintaining safe, informative, and memorable experiences for guests.
About You:
- A natural storyteller who cares about the environment and guest experience.
- Calm, personable, and confident speaking with small groups.
- Physically capable and happy working outdoors in changing conditions.
Nice to Have:
- Previous guiding or eco-tourism experience.
- Knowledge of local flora/fauna or coastal environments.
