About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless execution of food service operations. Your primary role will involve preparing and serving food to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet every guest with a friendly smile and make eye contact to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for guests in whatever way is needed.
  • Protect our guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol.
  • Ensure guest safety while they play the game.
  • Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh, and appetizing.
Key Qualifications:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically fit to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs.
