We are seeking individuals who share our passion for water safety and community well-being.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lifeguard & Duty Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool plant systems, ensuring technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles. You will also work closely with customers and staff to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Maintaining pool plant systems and ensuring technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.
  • Working with customers and staff to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

In addition to these responsibilities, we offer flexible work arrangements, including casual positions with opportunities to transfer to part-time or full-time roles. If you are committed and flexible, willing to work weekends, public holidays, and increased hours during peak seasons, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as a strong team member.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded.

Other Information
