Role Overview

This is a dynamic sales role where you will promote and grow our product range by demonstrating new machinery, visiting farms, building strong customer relationships, and following up on sales leads.

You will assist with field days, on-farm demonstrations, marketing activities, and product displays while providing customers with technical knowledge and support.

This involves quoting, negotiating, arranging deliveries, and after-sales follow-up to see the sales process through from start to finish.

On-going training will be provided to help you develop your skills, and you will work closely with the team to uphold our dealership's reputation and brand values in the local community.

What We Need From You

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, agricultural experience, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

You will also need to be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
