Job Description: Store Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail store team, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and embedding a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store
  2. Driving exceptional customer service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  3. Achieving budgeted sales, wage targets, and managing controllable costs
  4. Ensuring the store operates in line with T2 policy, processes, and guidelines
  5. Identifying development needs and motivating the team to drive performance for future succession
About You

We are seeking a passionate, commercially-minded individual with strong communication and time management skills. As a background in retail management is essential, you will inspire your team to deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations.
