As a Business Development Manager in the APJ region, you will drive partner performance and address escalations. Your role involves collaborating with MSP partners to discuss service portfolios and growth roadmaps, while working closely with solution architects to design managed service solutions.

Your responsibilities will include leading enablement sessions, analyzing program data, and identifying joint sales opportunities. You will need to balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the APJ region.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end ownership of global AWS MSP programs, including design, implementation, and performance tracking of partner initiatives. This will involve identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and enabling partners aligned with AWS growth strategies.

Your goal will be to create and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market opportunities through MSP channels.
