About the Role:

Our organisation is dedicated to empowering older individuals to live independently and safely in their own homes. As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing individualised care that meets the unique needs of each client and their families.

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional who can provide domestic assistance, meal support, transportation, social interaction, and personal care to our clients. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, a certificate III in Aged Care/Disability Support or related field, a current driver's license, and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing domestic assistance to clients, including household chores and errands
  • Assisting clients with meals, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and hydration
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social events, promoting independence and mobility
  • Engaging in social activities and providing emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall well-being
  • Delivering personal care services, respecting clients' dignity and autonomy at all times
