Your New RoleWe're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our small, close-knit team working closely with our client on their site. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll design and implement software development practices, services, and tools to provide a streamlined ecosystem of development environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing CI/CD principles, including containerization using Docker
- Implementing DevSecOps tools' standards and common ways of working and 'Best Practices'
- Building and maintaining all Non-Production and Production Environments
- Working closely with Development and QA teams to ensure efficient application development and deployment
- Supporting Continuous automation to enable seamless deployments and monitoring of software applications
- Repository creation and implementation
- Developing, scaling, and controlling strategies, standards, quality gates, guidelines, and governance of Continuous Integration systems
- Configuring and maintaining various servers, databases, and networks to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance
- Maintaining DevOps Maturity Plan, Standardized Process across squads
- Setting up and maintaining, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
We're looking for someone with experience in the following tools and technologies:
- Microsoft Azure
- Kubernetes and Rancher
- GitLab
- Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket etc)
- JFrog Artifactory
- Ansible (including Tower)
- Hashicorp Terraform
- Selenium Grid, JMeter, Cucumber
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and to hold a current TSPV security clearance. Successful candidates will also be required to undergo an organizational suitability assessment (OSA).
