Role Overview

As a Small Business Financial Advisor at NAB, you will play a key role in helping small businesses succeed in the Central West region of NSW. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers through external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored banking solutions to meet the needs of small businesses in the region
  • Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB their preferred bank
  • Manage small business lending requests up to $1 million and home lending up to $5 million
  • Engage and build relationships with the Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes
