We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by promoting their independence and choice.
Your role will involve:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes and communities
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as showering, toileting, grooming, and household chores
- Managing challenging behaviors and providing emotional support to clients
- Following client-established daily routines and ensuring continuity of care
- Providing social and community access, and engaging clients in activities that promote their well-being
- Collecting data and working with clients to set and achieve their goals
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and reporting on their well-being
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification
- Trained to administer medication (desirable)
- Experience in delivering personal care services and/or managing challenging behaviors
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own registered vehicle and current driver's license
- NDIS worker's check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (optional)

- Australia (preferred)
