IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations, effective infrastructure management, and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT Systems across the organization
  • Quickly respond to and resolve IT incidents or outages to minimize operational disruptions
  • Develop and implement IT operational policies and procedures in alignment with best practices

  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards and protocols, safeguarding organizational data
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and drive solutions that align with business objectives
  • Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to IT operations
  • Manage and oversee the payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related roles

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong technical skills, including experienced IT Operations Management
  • Proficient IT service Delivery
  • Skilled in management of SAP ERP Platform
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Expertise in IT asset management
  • Strong budgeting and resource planning skills
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud transformation projects
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and risk management
  • Familiar with ITIL Frameworks and best practices
  • Experienced in device management systems
