About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Workplace Options. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, providing emotional support and short-term clinical interventions such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

This role involves working collaboratively with the clinical management team, developing clear treatment plans, and assessing clients thoroughly to ensure appropriate counselling interventions. The successful candidate will be registered with ACA/PACFA and possess genuine listening skills, with experience providing assessments and using clinical assessment tools.
