About the Role

The Mental Health Care Specialist will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals and families in our community services and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.
  • Provide counselling and psychotherapy services to clients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, including client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current on mental health trends and research, applying this knowledge to inform practice and improve service delivery.
