This 2-year rotational program offers a diverse and challenging experience in water services, with opportunities to develop leadership, business skills, resilience, and agility.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of starting this program in relevant disciplines.
  • Australian citizenship, New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency with permanent working rights.
  • Residency in Victoria.
  • A positive attitude, flexible approach to managing changing priorities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
